Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post regular mail satchel within 24 hours of your payment clearing. If you require express posting please select it from the postage option on checkout.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Refunds
Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to refund you if you simply change your mind. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Please refer to our terms and conditions page.

How to make a return
You need to call Home Healthcare Shop and request a return authorisation number. Goods will not be accepted without a return authorisation number. Once you have an authorisation number, we ask that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
